By installing or using Mindpoll you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Mindpoll is a mobile app provided by Szabó Gergő Péter E.V., Barackos utca 1, 2365 Inárcs, Hungary, szabogergo.ev@gmail.com. We may change, add or remove features.
2. Your use
Use the app for yourself, lawfully and fairly. Do not try to break, copy or reverse engineer it, or use nicknames or content that are unlawful or abusive. We may remove a person from a room or block access for abuse.
3. Purchases
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account. Refunds are handled by the store. You can restore earlier purchases in the app (Settings).
4. Ads
The free version shows ads. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for the sites they lead to.
5. No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Law and contact
Hungarian law applies, without removing consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Contact: szabogergo.ev@gmail.com.
